Luxembourg’s Administration des Contributions Directes (ACD) is taking its services directly to the public with the return of its awareness campaign “ACD on Tour: You ask, we answer.” Running from 14 October to 21 November, the initiative will visit five shopping centres across the country — Weiswampach, Mertert, Esch-Belval, Luxembourg City, and Bertrange — to help citizens better understand and manage their tax affairs.
Following the success of last year’s first edition, this second tour aims to make tax administration more approachable and promote the use of digital services via MyGuichet.lu. ACD staff will be on-site to answer questions, provide demonstrations, and assist taxpayers with online filing.
New to this edition are several user-friendly tools: a dedicated Helpline at (+352) 247 53000, available on weekdays from 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.; an English version of MyGuichet.lu; and a Luxembourgish tutorial video explaining how to complete the electronic tax return step by step.
The ACD also introduced a pre-filled tax return system, designed to simplify the filing process and reduce errors. Tutorial videos can be accessed through 123easy.lu, Guichet.lu, and the ACD’s YouTube channel.
In addition to offering guidance, the campaign will also highlight career opportunities within the ACD, reflecting its ongoing efforts to strengthen public engagement and digital accessibility.
More details about the tour and new digital tools are available on acd.lu and 123easy.lu.
