At Xtend, we find properties that have been left behind, worn down, or simply overlooked, and we transform them into homes that are warm, efficient, and built to last. We keep what is worth keeping. The old stone walls, the original timber, the character that took a century to build. Then we bring in the best of what today offers: tight insulation, smart home technology, and energy systems that make your house as close to self-sufficient as possible.

We work across Luxembourg on two tracks. Either we buy the property ourselves, do the work, and sell you a finished home. Or we walk alongside you through your own renovation, from the first planning conversation to the day you move in.

Our projects have included listed heritage farmhouses, village homes with complex masonry, and traditional builds where every material decision had to be justified to conservation authorities. That experience matters when you are dealing with a building that is not a blank canvas.

We use natural and locally sourced materials wherever we can, and nothing we strip out goes to waste. Stone, timber, and fittings from one project find their way into the next. That is not a marketing position for us, it is just how we work.
