The course is made up of six sessions on consecutive dates.
With yoga, you will find calm and balance, as well as strength and flexibility.
Pranayama (breathing techniques) can help expectant mothers 
develop proper breathing and relaxation skills for pregnancy, which can 
also be applied during labour to make contractions more manageable.
Are you pregnant and looking for a moment just for yourself? Would 
you like to stay active despite your growing belly? Do you want to do 
something beneficial for both you and your baby? Whether you are a 
beginner or already experienced, our prenatal yoga class is tailored to 
your needs. We adapt the classical Yoga Asanas to suit your 
changing body, helping you feel relaxed and completely at ease 
throughout the course. Through these carefully selected postures, you 
will gently build strength and flexibility while preparing both body and 
 mind for birth.

Prenatal yoga – Birth and Motherhood

Suitable for women from six weeks after giving birth, with their babies, up to crawling age. The course is made up of six sessions on consecutive dates.
Yoga focuses on appreciating the body after childbirth and relaxing the mind.
Pregnancy (the weight of the baby), childbirth (physically and psychologically), and breastfeeding (opening up) change a woman’s body, particularly the pelvic floor. Giving birth and life with a newborn are new challenges. Especially during this 
special time, it is important not to always put our own needs last. Yoga allows us to take a deep breath, regain strength, find our own centre again, and bring body and mind into harmony.
The exercises are simple and adapted to address our bodies while also strengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles after childbirth.
Strengthening the pelvic floor also reinforces one’s role as a woman.

MamaYOGA after birth

Intensive Course and one follow-up meeting - Thursdays, 17:30-20:30 - The course is made up of 3 sessions on consecutive dates + 1 meeting after birth.
Birth Preparation Course: What if we embraced this adventure — fully, and together?
Becoming parents is quite a journey! Excitement, doubts, joy, fear… you never really know what to expect. But here’s the good news: you don’t need to know everything to feel ready — you can simply learn to trust. 
 
Trust your body. Trust your baby. Trust yourselves as a family.
Three relaxed sessions of three hours each, in a small group setting, we’ll come together to:
<ul>
 <li>Truly understand what happens during labour and birth (yes, really!)</li>
 <li>Try out practical tools: breathing, movement, positions, massage, relaxation…</li>
 <li>Give the birth partner a real role: active support, calm in the storm, a hand on the back at just the right moment (or a coffee in hand to survive the night!)</li>
 <li>Explore your birth choices: moving, dancing, gentle pushing, epidural, water birth…</li>
 <li>Prepare for what comes after: feeding, the first days with baby, emotional rollercoasters and tender moments</li>
</ul>
We’ll move, we’ll experiment, we’ll laugh, we’ll share… Because &nbsp;birth is real, intense, human — and we deserve to prepare for it in a way that feels alive, not just by reading a leaflet!
Come just as you are — alone or with someone (partner, sister, friend, mum…).&nbsp;Solo future co-parents are warmly welcome!
And a gentle little bonus: 
After the birth, we’ll meet again (this time with the babies!) to chat, share, laugh, 
maybe cry a bit… and celebrate this big journey we’ve been through together.
You’ll leave with more confidence, fewer fears, and that little voice inside that says: “We’re ready. Truly.”&nbsp;
