UNEX INTERNATIONAL POSTAL SURVEY NEEDS YOU!

We are Kantar, a global research agency based in more than 100 countries.

We run a postal survey called UNEX. The survey has been commissioned by the International Postal Corporation, a body of national postal providers including POST Luxembourg. The purpose of the survey is to measure the quality of the international postal service.

UNEX works by people like you sending or receiving test pieces of mail each week and recording the posting or delivery dates online. From this we can measure how long each item of mail takes to get from A to B, and how this measures up against targets. The service improves as a result. It’s that simple.

We are looking for people in Luxembourg right now to join our international UNEX posting panel.

To take part, you just need to be able to get to a postbox or post office and to receive mail at home. You will also need internet access.
