I need to transport a small motorbike from Lux to Milan

I need to transport a Honda 125cc from Luxembourg to Milan, Italy, between 10 and 30 September. I would prefer not to drive the motorbike (it is quite slow and I am not sure that the weather will be good). Is there someone transporting goods between Luxembourg and Milan that has some space in a van or in a truck ? Just let me know.
