Steps to-do at the vaccination centre

1. Attend the vaccination centre on the agreed date.

2. Have the following documents ready to show them:

- Identity card

- Social security number (CNS)

- Appointment confirmation

3. You should have the filled a form when you made your appointment. If you answered "yes" to at least one question on the form, you will have a consultation with a physician before you are given the vaccine.

4. If you have answered "no" to all questions in the form, you will be vaccinated immediately.

5. You will receive your vaccination certificate and, if necessary, a 2nd appointment.

6. Wait 15 minutes in the rest area before leaving.
