Like most things in life, exercise and being fit is also about consistency. Exercise and fit body is more of a marathon rather than a sprint. Many of us get disappointed if we are not able to become a marathon runner in 2 days, and most of us think of working out and for all genuine reasons, we never keep at it. One of the most important reasons we give up on exercising regularly is the lack of time. With kids, schools, work, family, friends, restaurants, socializing, traveling, we lack the time for even sleeping, let alone time. We have got good news, even though its a bit of a old news, yes, its a 7-min workout.
Researches have proven and said it better than I could here:
“There’s very good evidence†that high-intensity interval training provides “many of the fitness benefits of prolonged endurance training but in much less time,†says Chris Jordan, the director of exercise physiology at the Human Performance Institute in Orlando, Fla., and co-author of the new article.
If we are unable to keep-up a 7 min workout, it seriously beckons the question then do we really deserve a fit and healthy life. Let's get started!
