Luxembourg key tax measures valid from 1 Jan 2023

Luxembourg Parliament passed a the new budget law on 23 Luxembourg 2022, which is applcable from 1 Jan 2023. 

Important key measures have been taken that affects both individuals and tax-transparent entities (partnerships), and more. 

Individual key measures include up to 50% tax exemption on bonuses, impatriate regime threshold reduced from EUR 100k to EUR 75k, individual tax incentives and more. Real estate taxation depreciation for buildings is also updated.

For businesses, VAT rate has been adjusted, and defacto tax filing dates, tax on transparent entites are also updated.
