My girlfriend and I are moving to the Netherlands for 12 months (maybe more) and we are subletting our cozy, beautiful, and bright apartment in the city's center from mid-August ‘22 till August ‘23.

LOCATION:

The location is ideal, it is super central, yet very quiet. You can find anything you may need (supermarkets, stores, pharmacies, bus stops, etc.) within a walking distance of 10 minutes maximum. For reference, Porta Nigra is just a minute walk, the Cathedral of Trier is only two, and the central train station 6.

APARTMENT DETAILS:

The apartment itself is 82 sq. meters, fully furnished, and it has a small entrance hallway, a spacious living room and kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom, a guest WC and two large balconies overlooking the Cathedral of Trier and an extra room serving at the moment as a storage room. A parking spot is also available in the building’s garage at an extra cost.

It is very bright, it has electric stores and one electric shade in the living room and bedroom balcony, double glass sound-proof windows and central, adjustable floor heating.

FURNITURE/EQUIPMENT:

It has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, plates, glasses and Bosch appliances: electric cooktop, oven, microwave oven, and dishwasher. It has an AEG fridge and an AEG washing machine & dryer (8Kg), a Samsung smart TV-42”, a Kettler cross-trainer and a cordless vacuum cleaner.

It has 2 large closets, a boxspring bed 200x180 cm with plenty of storage room, a large sofa-bed with additional storage space as well, a sofa table, a reading chair, a small coffee table with two stylish chairs, a large dining table with 5 chairs, one small outdoor (or indoor table), 2 outdoor incline chairs, 2 comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing in the balconies.

Unfortunately, the owner does not allow pets or smoking in the apartment.
