At RYSE, our mission is to inspire positive development in youth refugees and help them to discover their true potential through support and empowerment. We do this by working with youth refugees over 18 and pairing them with a personal Mentor. Together, the Mentor helps the Mentee to uncover their hopes and dreams, explore options and find opportunities in line with those. They create clear pathways to success for their Mentees.

RYSE partners with local organisations and cooperatives who provide opportunities for refugees to volunteer, thus allowing the individuals to gain local work experience whilst promoting integration and skill development.
