Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern, brief talking therapy that utilises the latest research in neuroscience. We do not dwell on the past, we focus on the positive changes that you would like to make.

I am Susan, a Registered Nurse and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in the UK. I have helped many people overcome their anxiety, get on top of their stress related symptoms, improve their sleep, and feel in control of their eating habits. SFH works quickly to make positive lasting change to help you feel calmer, confident, in control and on top of your symptoms. 

Although I am now based in England, I did live in Luxembourg for many years and know the country well. Online therapy has many advantages, and it is as effective as in person therapy. It is convenient, flexible, and more affordable.

I offer evening, weekend, or daytime appointments. I work with adults and children over the age of 14 years.

The initial one hour consultation is free. Thereafter each weekly 1-hour online
session is Euro 70

A 10% discount is available for a one off payment of x6 sessions.

This is a brief therapy and usually consists of between 6 and 12 sessions in total. This will vary depending on each individual need.
