My name is Florence Brisson-Dyens, I Have nearly 10 years experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My training as a couples therapist has brought me to specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as my main treatment approach when meeting with couples. This approach is deeply rooted in attachment based theories and fosters new ways of communication between partners.
When working with children, adolescents, and families, I adopt using a creative and playful approach in finding solutions and helping you express challenges. I value creativity, self-expression, and the power within to create change.
I have graduated with a Masters degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Concordia University and another Masters degree from McGill University in Couple and Family Therapy. I worked for several years in Canada before moving to Luxembourg in 2020.
I currently offer online therapy sessions.
