In this sacred circle at magical SOULSPACE we will CELEBRATE the SPRING ENERGIES, and:

- leave the mundane world behind
- connect with the heart
- share authentically, listen without judgement
- allign to higher consciousness, meditate, breathe freely
- let the music and rhythm move our bodies intuitively, playfully as we create oxytocin and endorphins together (no need to have any dance experience, if you can walk, you can dance)
- nurture and celebrate our feminine powers

* Filled water bottle
* Wear comfy easy-to-move clothing that makes you feel yummy
* Ready to serve container of easy finger snacks (sweet/savoury)
* Willingness to connect Soul to Soul, Heart to Heart with respect
* Willingness to involve your body in creative, intuitive, playful ways you perhaps don’t routinely do
* Openness to boosted Immune and Oxytocin levels & the potentcy of group Magic Love
* Of course, don’t bring yourself if you are sick
* Please turn mobile phone off upon entering Soulspace
